Inversion Bar **OUT OF STOCK**
The Inversion Bar installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. Please note this must be installed in a solid wood door frame, constructed according to building regulations. The bar is fixed at either end with a bracket and three screws.
Foam Hand Grips - Grips make mount / dismount more comfortable, and help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups.
Locking brackets - brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame for security. Locking pieces snap over the Inversion Bar to hold it in place, the bar will not interfere with the operation of the door.

Teeter Hang ups Inversion Bar (used with Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots) is designed for the fit and flexible user and provides a safe and convenient method of full inversion. The Inversion Bar offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises. The bar is also ideal for chin ups pull ups. The bar takes up no floor space making it ideal for houses where space is at a premium.
