Aircast Hand And Wrist Cryo/Cuff
Cold therapy or cryotherapy is one of the most extensively used therapeutic modalities for treating and rehabilitating acute sport injuries.
The Aircast Hand and Wrist Cryo/Cuff works with the Aircast Cooler (available separately) to relieve pain and swelling of the hand and wrist. It is extremely easy to use at home, by filling the Aircast Cooler with ice and water. The Cooler holds 3.5 litres of water and ice, which should provide up to 6 hours of ice therapy.
The Cooler is attached to the Hand and Wrist Cryo/Cuff which fits directly onto the hand. You then lift the Cooler above hand height to fill the wrap with ice cold water. This in turn, will work to provide some much needed ice therapy and compression! Minimizes haemarthrosis, swelling and reduces pain
