How does it work?

  • Fits like an open toe, open heel sock. High spliced heel design provides added support and compression of Achilles. Drives cold deep to help reduce swelling and prevent stiffness after injury. Extended coverage on top of foot reduces swelling in hard to reach areas. Most athletes are aware of the importance of applying ice or cold therapy to an ankle injury, particularly where swelling is present. However the importance of compression in addition to cold is often overlooked, increasing the time needed to reduce swelling. The Coldone ankle wrap combines cold and compression in an easy to use support with none of the mess associated with ice.
