What is the Coldone elbow wrap suitable for?

Treatment of tennis elbow and other elbow injuries. Cold therapy is important for reducing pain in inflammation in tendons and soft tissue. Ideal for preventing injury in tennis, golf and other sports where repetitive strain on the elbow is a factor.

How does it work?

Coldone elbow wrap has lots of individual sacks of cold therapy gel allowing it to conform easily to the shape of the elbow.

Place in the freezer for an hour or two then apply for 10 - 20 minutes or as directed by your therapist.

The neoprene and Velcro straps allow you to adjust compression around the joint. Inner mesh lining means you can wear it directly against the skin or outside a sock if you prefer.

Replace in the freezer to be used again. A simple and highly effective solution to cold therapy with no mess.

Also ideal for Plantar fasciitis in the foot.
