What is the Coldone elbow wrap suitable for?

  • Coldone elbow wrap has lots of individual sacks of cold therapy gel allowing it to conform easily to the shape of the foot.

  • Place in the freezer for an hour or two then apply for 10 - 20 minutes or as directed by your therapist.

  • The neoprene and Velcro straps allow you to adjust compression around the joint.

  • Inner mesh lining means you can wear it directly against the skin or outside a sock if you prefer.

  • Replace in the freezer to be used again.
