Cold therapy or cryotherapy is one of the most extensively used therapeutic modalities for treating and rehabilitating acute sport injuries.
The Coldone shoulder wrap is suitable for treatment of shoulder injuries including dislocations, rotator cuff injuries, subluxation and other soft tissue shoulder injuries. Cold therapy is important for reducing pain and inflammation resulting from soft tissue injuries.
Coldone wrap is also ideal for preventing injury through cold therapy following particularly strenuous shoulder activity such as sailing or racket sports. Covers shoulder, upper arm, pectorial muscles and latissimus dorsi muscles.
How does it work?
Coldone wraps have many small individual sacks of cold therapy gel sewn into the product allowing it to fit tightly round the joint. It is stored in the freezer and removed for use. The Coldone shoulder wrap has a special lining allowing you to place the product directly on the skin without worrying about ice burns. Apply for 10 to 20 minutes or as directed by your therapist or doctor. A simple, highly effective and convenient way of applying cold therapy with no mess!!
What is it made of?
Coldone wraps are constructed with an outer layer of nitrogen blown neoprene, a middle layer of re-freezable gels, and an inner layer of rubberized linen.
What if it is not suitable for me?
If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging.
Sizing - For body weight:
Medium = 90 - 140 LBS (40kg - 63.5kg)
Large = 140 - 210 LBS (63.5kg - 95kg)
Extra Large = 210 - 280 LBS (95 - 127kg)

Damaged my shoulder playing county rugby at the weekend. This shoulder coldone really helped, the strapping is very simple and unlike my old one stayed in place and really targetted the injury, apparantly because of the gel and Neoprene combination??! I was amazed at how quickly i got it; placed my order at 4pm monday & was wearing it by 9:30am Tuesday...awesome!! It's now friday and i'm on the road to recovery...thanks R2F.
