What is the Coldone Plantar Fasciitis wrap suitable for?

Treatment of plantar fasciitis and other foot conditions which would benefit from cold therapy. Cold therapy is important for reducing pain in inflammation in tendons and soft tissue.

How does it work?

Coldone Plantar fasciitis wrap has lots of individual sacks of cold therapy gel allowing it to conform easily to the shape of the foot.

Place in the freezer for an hour or two then apply for 10 - 20 minutes or as directed by your therapist. The neoprene and Velcro straps allow you to adjust compression on the heel end of the Plantar Fascia, which is the most common area of pain, driving the cold deep into painful areas.

Inner mesh lining means you can wear it directly against the skin or outside a sock if you prefer. Replace in the freezer to be used again.

A simple and highly effective solution to cold therapy with no mess.
