How is this insole different to the SOLE Ultra insoles?
The Sole Ultra contains 3.2mm of shock absorbing material making it a little thicker. So, if you have room in your shoes or the insole is removable then you may want to go for the SOLE Ultra. But if your shoes are tight fitting and you want a lighter insole then the SOLE regular is the one to go for.

I have plantar fasciitis. Will this insoles help?
Plantar fasciitis is inflammation under the heel. (see www.sportsinjuryclinic.net for more). It is often made worse by the foot rolling in or pronating. This causes the arch ligament under the foot to stretch. The SOLE insoles provide excellent arch support which helps prevent overpronation of the foot.
