SOLE Ultra Orthotic Shoe Insoles are designed to restore normal foot biomechanics. The human foot is designed to walk on soft surfaces. Modern surfaces are hard causing the foot to flatten, roll in or pronate more than is natural. An orthotic Insole is contoured to the shape of the foot and more importantly has support under the arch and heel which controls the position of the heel.

If you are a half size for example 6.5 or 8.5 then it is better to get the larger size as it is easy to trim them down if required.

Absolutely transformed my boots - I love them. BUT... read the instructions carefully: preheat the oven to 200 degrees, but MAKE SURE THAT IT'S FAHRENHEIT. 200 Centigrade reduces them to unrecognisable blobs...
