Plantar Fasciitis Splint
|
Plantar Fasciitis is a common and painful condition causing heel pain and inflammation which can radiate into the foot. It is worse in the mornings as the plantar fascia or band off tissue on the sole of the foot tightens up.
Treatment involves first reducing the pain and inflammation often with rest and cold therapy, then stretching the plantar fascia to prevent the inflammation and pain returning.
The Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint is the best way we have found of stretching the plantar fascia. Worn overnight it gently prevents the fascia tightening up and drastically reducing pain.
