Medicine balls are a great multi-purpose training tool that can be used alone or with a partner to improve core strength, functional movements, reaction time, and coordination. These synthetic, weather resistant rubber covered medicine balls bounce and unlike older versions they will not break on impact.
Textured surface for easy gripping. Available in 5 different weights for variation in ability and age. Medicine ball exercises can be designed to improve throwing strength, core strength with explosive abdominal exercises or explosive leg power for improving sprinting speed.

I have searched the internet for reasonable priced Medicine Balls and I think I have hit the Jackpot with products from return 2 fitness. I ordered medicine balls early on in the winter and followed it up with a new order for 5 Kg medicine balls . They are used most days of the week indoors and have proved tremendous value for money.
