The 2 different strengths are: Pink (Soft) and Blue (Firm). They arrive in a plastic display packaging showing different exercises. The packaging will allow you to store the physio-therapy balls after use.

If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging
