If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging.
These running spikes tend to come up a a size small, so please bear this in mind when selecting your size.

When will I receive my running spikes?
We aim to hold this in stock and dispatch it the same day when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. We may be able to do later, so if you are in a hurry then please give us a call. Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) is also available.
