Zinc Oxide Tape
Zinc oxide tape is a non stretch usually cotton tape with a zinc oxide adhesive. It is easy to tear with the fingers, comes in a variety of widths and is used for all types of sports taping applications where restricting movement and support is required, including plantar fasciitis taping, knee and ankle strapping, blister prevention and more.
Our own brand R2F tape is ideal for most applications, not quite sticky as the most expensive brands but equally as strong once applied and easy to tear. The Steroplast tape is slightly more sticky and the McDavid sports tape is also slightly more sticky and easiest to tear due to the serrated edges.
