Aside from its popularity and excellence for skiers and sportspeople alike the Armor is also the ideal application for moderate to severe ACL, PCL, CI, MCL and LCL instabilities.

The DonJoy 4-points-of-leverage system of securing the knee brace in place means that the support required is applied exactly as required and that this stays in place whenever the activity. Numbered in order of which needs to be fastened first; durable and comfortable straps are positioned on the back and front of the thigh/hamstring and the back and front and of the shin/calf. Using these multiple points of contact as leverage the knee brace hinge can take away stresses and strains normally placed on the knee joint with a focus specifically on the Cruciate Ligaments (the ACL, Anterior/front and PCL, Posterior/back).

The Fourcepoint hinge itself is a new development from Donjoy as it has adjustabl, regulated resistance so that when you extend you knee no jerky stopping is assured. When you reach straight the hinge itself will provide a softer stop.

What if it is not suitable for me?

If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging.

What size do I need?

PLEASE NOTE: Left and right knee specific fitting guidelines, take following measurements 15cm above the knee cap:

Small = 15 ½” – 18 ½” (39cm-47cm)

Medium = 18 ½” – 21” (47cm – 53cm)

Large = 21” – 23 ½” (53cm-60cm)

Extra large = 23 ½” – 26 ½” (60cm-67cm)
