The Donjoy Tru-Pull® Lite Knee Brace features a patented technology with independent pull straps which apply consistent pull on the patella during flexion and extension therefore realigning the tracking of the knee cap.
The Tru Pull Lite is Donjoy’s most comfortable, low profile and shortest patellofemoral brace but remains strong enough to provide sufficient support to relieve knee pain. The Donjoy Tru Pull Lite is suitable for acute knee pain, mild to moderate anterior knee pain, an unstable patella, general patella instability, lateral subluxation and maltracking of the knee joint.
At just 8.5" in height the Donjoy Tru-Pull® Lite Knee Brace means that size is kept to a minimum whilst retaining maximum power to support of and pull to realign the patella. A unique dual patella buttress system provides a consistent corrective force on the patella during any activity. Semi flexible nylon hinges included with the brace give additional moderate medial and lateral support to the knee.
The Tru Pull® is constructed from moisture wicking mesh fabric and is both breathable and hypoallergenic.
A specific Left and Right side fit and a wide expanse of sizes to ensure best possible fit, comfort and effect on the knee joint.

After 6 months of being unable to run due to knee pain a physio advised getting a brace to enable me to get back to running during rehab period. This product was recommended to me and I have found it excellent. I could not run for more than 10 mins before and then with unnatural gait. This got me back to over 30 mins on first use. I know I need physio to prevent the cause, but this enabled me to get back running while going through a program of physio.
