The Donjoy Tru-PullŪ Advanced Knee Brace is a patented advanced dynamic knee support system designed to place dynamic pull on the patella during knee extension. This tru pull system normalises patella tracking in the intracondylar groove and thereby reduces anterior knee pain.
The Donjoy Tru-PullŪ Advanced Knee Brace is ideal solution for anyone experiencing patellofemoral malalignment, subluxation and dislocations of the knee. An adjustable patella buttress can also be trimmed as required which allows for superb versatility of contact area.
The Tru PullŪ advanced knee also comes with a choice of 1/4" and 3/8" buttresses to allow for the desired leverage required by the individual. Easy to use and adjust, independent anchor points secure the support and ensure prevention of any rotation of the knee brace during activity to provide the true and consistent pull on the patella.
The Donjoy Tru PullŪ is also available as a hinged version featuring a strong yet lightweight aluminium polycentric hinge on either side of the knee for extra medial/lateral support, regulation of movement and control of hyperextension.
The Donjoy material of choice ensures that the Tru PullŪ Advanced knee brace remains breathable, light and comfortable at all times.
The Tru PullŪ is available in a specific Left and Right side fitting with a wide expanse of sizes to ensure best possible fit and effect on the knee joint.

Measure 15cm above the mid-patella.
S = 15.5 - 18.5 inches
M = 18.5 - 21 inches
L = 21 - 23.5 inches
