What is an elastic support?

An elastic support provides compression and mild support for the knee joint.

What injuries is it suitable for?

It is suitable for providing compression for minor injuries to the knee. Particularly useful for helping to reduce swelling. It will provide mild support for the joint, particularly just after a sprain or strain.

Helps minimise further injury while still permitting continued activity.

What is it not suitable for?

It is not suitable for providing lots of support for weak and unstable knee joints or moderate to severed ligament injuries. A stabilized support or hinged support is more suitable for more severe injuries.

What is it made of?
Made of quality surgical elastic.

What size do I need?
Measure around the knee joint.

Small = 12 to 15 inches
Medium = 15.25 to 18 inches
Large = 18.25 to 21 inches
