Wrap around affected area and only tighten until comfortable; do not restrict blood-flow.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Loosen all Velcro fasteners of the shorter neoprene wrap and pass around your upper thigh and tighten and fasten velcro until comfortable. Wrap the other neoprene length around your hips and fasten Velcro until comfortable and supporting the thigh wrap in place.
What if it is not suitable for me?
If it is not suitable you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges) as long as it has not been used and is in the original packaging.
