The PSB Arm Brace applies pressure to the muscles of the lower arm, taking the pressure off the tendons at the elbow joint. These tendons are at the exact spot where you feel the pain if you have a tennis or golf elbow.
1) Pull the end of the tape through the fastening ring.
2) Push the brace around your arm with the plastic ring on the outside, not in the hollow of your elbow. If you have a tennis elbow the pad (stiffener) must be on the outside of your arm and if you have a golf elbow it must be on the inside.
3) Place the brace against the muscles of your lower arm, about 6 cm under the elbow.
4) Fasten the tape so tightly that you feel pressure when you bend your arm and tense your muscles. You should not feel pressure or tightness when your arm is relaxed.

We aim to hold this in stock and dispatch it the same day when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. We may be able to do later, so if you are in a hurry then please give us a call. Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) is also available.
