What size do I need?

Measure around the waist.

Small = 23.25 to 27 inches Medium = 27.25 to 31 inches Extra Large = 35.25 to 40 inches What if it is not suitable for me?

If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging.
