How does it work?
It is designed to aid sprint training in particular and speed endurance. It provides resistance for short 30m sprint training which will help increase acceleration.
When worn for longer sprint training for example over 150 - 200m it will help with speed endurance development.
The running parachute has a padded waist belt which provides even resistance.
Can be worn by any age. Please note this product is not a replacement for hard work!!
