Cold therapy or cryotherapy is one of the most extensively used therapeutic modalities for treating and rehabilitating acute sport injuries.
The Hot & Cold Pack is a multi purpose pack which can aid with the treatment of many medical problems, such as bumps, bruises, headaches and period pains. This design includes a compression cuff which securely fastens with velcro, to hold the pack in place.
Instant Therapy for:- Sports injuries, physiotherapy and emergency treatment. Simply leave in the freezer for cold therapy treatment when needed, or place in the microwave or a bowl of hot water to warm the pack for heat therapy.
What if it is not suitable for me?
If it is not suitable then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges), as long as it has not been used and in the original packaging.
