The slant board / calf stretcher is an excellent way of stretching the calf muscles. These stretches are particularly useful for recovering from achilles tendon injuries, shin splints, calf muscle strains and plantar fasciitis.
The slant board allows you to set the level of calf stretch exactly enabling you to monitor improvement. Also it is easy to feel any differences or imbalance in flexibility between the two legs when stretching both legs at the same time. The slant board adjusts quickly and easily in three positions giving stretch angles of 17 degrees, 22 degrees and 30 degrees.
Due to its functions the support pad can also be a used as a back support for when you are driving, studying or typing.
