Postage & Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery?


A small charge for Postage & delivery is made based on the weight of your order and should be clearly stated at the checkout stage. Most orders will ship for £2.17 + VAT.


Which delivery methods do you use?


We use Royal Mail for the majority of lighter items and UKMail for heavier parcels.


How long should my item take to arrive?


Products ordered before 3pm should be dispatched the same day. If it is urgent the Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm next day is available.

UKMail/Courier items are next working day delivery for orders placed before 3pm.

 

What if I am not at home when the item is delivered?


Royal mail deliveries - If it won't fit through a letter box or a signature is required then you should receive a card through your door informing you that your delivery has been left at your local sorting office.


UKMail will either text or email you the evening before delivery confirming the delivery for the next day.  If they miss you when they attempt to deliver they will leave a card if you wish for the re-delivery to be left in a safe place, delivered on an alternative date, or to collect your package from your local site.


Will I need to sign on delivery?


Most orders will require a signature on delivery.

For your convenience you can specify a delivery address other than that registered to the credit card, although we may require more detailed identification such as a traceable landline telephone number to help prevent fraudulent orders.


What if I am in a hurry?


If you require a particular product in a hurry please telephone us on 01953 600930 or email support@return2fitness.co.uk to discuss this. Although we expect to get most orders dispatched the same day, please feel free to call us if you are at all worried.

 

A couple more things....


We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.

We aim to dispatch all products the same day for next day delivery, however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days then please contact us.
