A small charge for Postage & delivery is made based on the weight of your order and should be clearly stated at the checkout stage. Most orders will ship for £1.95 + VAT.

Products ordered before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated. In reality, most orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed. Where Special Delivery (Next working day) is selected this applies to orders placed before 1 PM but please give us a call if you intend to place your order after this time. It is likely we can dispatch it anyway.

Most orders will require a signature on delivery. For your convenience you can specify a delivery address other than that registered to the credit card.

If you require a particular product in a hurry please telephone us on 01953 600930 or email support@return2fitness.co.uk to discuss this. Although we expect to get most orders dispatched the same day, please feel free to call us if you are at all worried.

Credit card payments are accepted through Securetrading, a secure and highly respected credit card processing agent.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.
