The Stand and Sit Disc (wobble cushion) is a new product and an extremely versatile piece of equipment. It combines the advantages of a Gym (Swiss) Ball, Sitting wedge, Wobble Board and Foot Massage.

It can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from active sitting to joint rehabilitation and even post natal care. By sitting on the disc, the muscles of the back and trunk are used more dynamically, improving muscle balance and tone and helping to prevent problems caused by sitting for long periods of time at a desk.

It can also be used to stand on as a wobble board for rehabilitation of ankle and knee injuries.
