Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you with a refund or exchange.  Please enclose the returns slip at the bottom of the dispatch note that was sent with your order, and let us know why you are returning the item and whether you require a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, please state the size and product code of the item you require so that we may deal with your request as quickly as possible. 

Where possible, please send items back to us using the original packaging provided with your order to:

We recommend you send items back to us on a First Class Recorded Delivery service, as we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for items that are lost on return to us. 

As soon as your parcel is received by our Returns Department, we will process the request stated on the returns slip you enclosed with the parcel. Exchanges are processed immediately and dispatched on the same day where possible, refunds are processed immediately and normally take up to 7 days to clear.

Faulty Goods

If your order does not arrive in the condition you expected or if for any reason you feel the item is faulty, please contact our customer services team with details of the fault and we will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us at our cost. If a faulty item is returned to us without our knowledge, we will be unable to refund any postage costs for returning the item.

Please also note, we reserve the right to forward the issue onto the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund or exchange, however this is not always necessary. 

Sale Items

Items found in are sale category can only be exchanged for different sizes, if an alternative product is required, then the additional cost of the item will be charged. We may need to contact you in this instance and so please be sure to include your contact details on the Returns Slip.

Items such as mouth guards, moldable foot beds, sterile products, gels and liquids may not be returned unless faulty.
