Ankle Supports for Football

Below we have selected our favorite ankle supports for football. Footballers need to have enough flexibility in the ankle to run, sprint and kick a ball but still provide support. There is often a trade off between the amount of support you get and the flexibility it will allow. If you need a high level of support then a laced ankle brace such as the McDavid 199R ankle support is a good choice. If you prefer more flexibility and moderate support to give a little confidence then one of the adjustable elastic supports would be recommended.
