Cohesive Bandages

Cohesive bandage is a light elastic bandage which sticks to itself not the skin. It is used in a variety of sports taping applications including strapping ankles, knees, wrists and fingers. It is also used to hold shin guards in place, cold packs or wound dressings. 5cm width is ideal for ankle and wrist strapping. For knees the 7.5cm is good and the 10cm cohesive can be used for larger areas such as back or thigh.
