Credit Card Security

Credit card payments are accepted through Securetrading, an established organisation offering secure credit card transactions.

Returning goods

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone (01953 600930) or email (sales@return2fitness.co.uk) within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched then we reserve the right to deduct a 4% transaction charge that we incur at the point of sale. Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.

If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Return To Fitness Ltd (Return2fitness.co.uk) reserve the right not to issue a refund.

We are not obliged to accept returns where you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software. Customers wishing to return goods for any reason other than faulty goods then they do so at their own expense.

Complaints

Disputes and complaints should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.

Security of personal information

We are registered with the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998. We do not make any of your personal details including name, address, telephone number or email address available to any third party except Securetrading our payment service provider.

Cookies are used to enable the shopping cart system to function. If you do not wish to have cookies (small text files planted in your PC) then this may be prevented through your browser, although you will not be able to purchase on site. The use of cookies does not involve the collection of any personal data.

We accept no liability for software or other mistakes that may display prices incorrectly. The contract between ourselves and the customer is made when the customer makes an offer to buy the goods at the stated price. We are under no obligation to accept that offer.
